Step 1

PRE-INSPECTION

Every carpet, every job is different. That’s why we begin every new relationship with an inspection of the area or item to be cleaned. During this process we will look for potential problems and if found will promptly bring them to your attention. These problems could be manufacturing, specification, installation, or maintenance related. Many times what you perceive as soil could actually be shading, fading and wear. We will do our best to specific recommendation to you. We offer the best cleaning method and options available today.

Step 2

MOVE SOFA & CHAIRS:

Sofa and chairs will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, beds and dressers are left in place under our premium & preferred package pricing structure. Some items such as China Cabinets, Big Screen TV’s, etc are unable to be moved due to insurance reasons. sofa & chairs will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.

Step 3

CORNER GUARDS

Before we begin our cleaning, we will place corner guards at the corners of your furniture and walls to protect them from being scratched or scuffed by our hoses. This is just one additional service we provide to show you that we really care.

Step 4

DOOR JAM

Also before we begin our cleaning, if the doorway is the proper size, we will place our “Door Jam” on the door that the hoses come through. It’s a pillowy pad that covers the opening of the doorway from top to bottom, allowing our hoses into your home and keeping out the cold air, hot air, bugs and animals where they belong, winter or summer. This protects your environment and still allows us to run our hoses through the door. This is another additional service we provide to show you we really do care.

Step 5

PRE-CONDITIONING

This is the application of specifically formulated surfactants to increase soil suspension, thus minimizing moisture retention and allows for better cleaning of carpet. This is applied to general areas to be cleaned. Once we’ve decided on the proper solution for you, we apply that solution by pre-spraying it at 190 degrees with the steam extraction system to start breaking up the dirt, bacteria, spots and germs.

Step 6

AGITATION, THOROUGH CLEANING & RINSING

These three steps are done with our powerful rotary extraction machine. Instead of using the wand, which goes back and forth over the carpet with just the strength of the technician at about 40 cleaning passes per minute, we use the Amazing Rotary Jet Extractor, with 5 spray jets matched with 5 vacuum slots, the Rotary Jet Extractor makes over 650 cleaning passes per minute. This super agitation, combined with the unit’s weight, deeply cleans, extraction soil and cleaning solution. The rotating head cleans all sides of the carpet fiber, fluffing up and restoring the pile. The result is a fast drying; residue free, deep cleaned carpet that brings the fibers back to life, looks great and is sure to please everyone.

Step 7

PH BALANCE NEUTRALIZING

Would you leave shampoo in your hair? Of course not, it would dry to a stiff, sticky mess! That’s exactly what happens to carpet when it’s not neutralized. We neutralize your carpet so it dries faster, dries softer, prevents premature resoiling, allows the DuPont Teflon Protector to adhere to the carpet tufts better and helps avoid problems such as color bleeding, carpet browning or wicking.

Step 8

NAP/PILE SETTING

A final grooming will aid in restoring the fluff and set of carpet fibers for maximum resilience. It assures faster drying and provides a finished, detailed look. If you would like to own your own grandi groomer ask us for details it really helps to pick up more underneath the fibers in the vacuuming process.

Step 9

MINIMUM DRY TIME

We will ensure that the carpet is dried and returned to normal use within a reasonable time after cleaning with proper airflow and /or ventilation. As we finish cleaning each room or area we then place heavy-duty air mover (5300 cfms) on the carpet for faster drying time. We also ask that you follow directions given under “How to Help Quicken your Carpet’s Drying Time!” Dry times are normally 1-2 hours, depending on the type of carpet, humidity and temperature. It’s very important to follow the directions we give you to ensure quicker drying.

Step 10
